We keep shipping expectations straightforward. Delivery time depends on destination, courier routing, and customs flow, but our standard target ranges are below.

We do not rely on a single courier. Routing depends on destination, transit reliability, and delivery success rate in each region.
EMS Express, UPS, 4PX, DHL, TNT, and FedEx are used across our shipping network depending on order destination and routing efficiency.
For selected South American destinations, we may use 4PX or USPS where those routes offer a better delivery outcome.

To avoid failed delivery attempts or courier delays, make sure your order includes complete and accurate information.
What is traceable,
returnable, and refundable
Most courier services include online tracking after dispatch. Some locations may also use registered airmail routes where delivery can take 19–21 working days. Customs delays may happen and remain outside transit estimates.
Gift cards, customised items, sale items, and pre-booked products are not returnable. Refunds are not standard for made-to-order watches. Where a refund is approved, it is processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
