Any issues arising from the production process are fully covered under our warranty — including movement defects, case finishing, and bracelet issues.
If your watch fails to keep accurate time due to mechanical faults, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you within the warranty period.
How to Claim
Your Warranty
Our warranty claim process is simple and user-friendly. Follow these four steps to get your superclone watch repaired or replaced.

Contact our customer support team and describe the issue in detail — via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) and a Watch Repair Form for you to complete.
Send the product back using a trusted shipping carrier with tracking and insurance included.
Once received, your watch will be repaired or replaced at no cost if the issue falls under warranty coverage.

Deliberate harm or misuse of the timepiece is not covered under warranty.
Scratches, dents, or other signs of regular use are excluded from coverage.
Watches with loose crowns or used improperly underwater are not eligible for repairs.
